They are committed to be customer-centric and bring in long term innovation in business for sustainable growth across the world.They are now looking for a CRM Analyst to join their dynamic team to enhance the customer experience and bring in new inspirations. Description Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement and retention of valuable customers. Build data dashboard, automate regular CRM KPI report for management reviewAnalyze CRM performance to provide key insights and identify business opportunity with an aim to enlarge loyal member base and boost member salesConduct evaluations and provide insights for pre and post marketing campaigns across business unitsProvide support on customer lifecycle activity planning focusing on customer base segmentation and targetingUnderstand and measure all stages of customer funnels from acquisition, engagement to retention, refine the brand loyalty program and marketing campaigns from a data-driven approachWork with IT team and CRM Manager to set up technical CRM data requirements for CRM platforms and implement the launch of new CRM systems and 360 view BI reporting tools and dashboards for data visualizationStudy and provide market intelligence for customer experience enhancements, sales conversion and portfolio expansion.Profile The successful candidate should be a degree holder or above in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, MIS and should come up with at least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer data analytics or loyalty in luxury retail, fashion, beauty or hospitality.Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboard Tools (Tableau, Power BI) is required. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge in data management tools and proficiency in either SAS, ILOG, R or Python is a plus.Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
